Property valuations are carried out for FREE and we will meet you at your property, at a convenient date and time to suit you, to discuss your requirements and provide you with a property valuation in the current market. All of our properties are advertised on our website, Zoopla and social media (via Facebook & Instagram), providing great exposure to let your property. Our modern approach to covering all things lettings, means that we are flexible in tailoring our services to suit your requirements.

Whether you’re after hassle free management by opting in to use our Full Management Service, or prefer a hands on approach and would prefer to use our Letting Only Service, we are happy to help with all aspects to make your landlord journey as smooth as possible.

Carrying out accompanied viewings and dealing with negotiations.
Thorough referencing and credit checks of all tenants.
Preparation of the tenancy agreement.
Collection and registration of the security deposit.
Carry out the inventory and take meter readings. Advise the current utility providers of the meter readings and new tenant details.
Collection of the first month’s rent in advance.
Carry out the move-in/handover with tenants, arrange signing of the tenancy agreement.
Arrange mandatory certificates, where necessary.
Monthly rent collection.
Periodic property inspections.
Maintenance management.
Legislative compliance.
Day to day contact point for your tenant.
24/7 out of hours emergency line.
Carry out rental reviews.
Arrange the end-of-tenancy check-out. Liaise between parties regarding the deposit release.
Should rental arrears or any other breach of tenancy occur, we will arrange communications/take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
